Therapy does not have to feel sterile or scripted. My work is collaborative, practical, curious, and grounded in helping you understand what keeps repeating—and what it would take to change it.
I work from the belief that insight matters, but insight alone is rarely enough. We look at patterns, emotions, relationships, behavior, stress responses, and the environments that shape your experience.
I use evidence-based approaches while keeping therapy conversational and individualized. The goal is not to force you into a formula. It is to help you understand yourself well enough to make choices that fit.
Clients often come to me when they are capable, responsible, and functioning—but exhausted from overthinking, overgiving, carrying too much, or repeating patterns they are ready to outgrow.

We make sense of behavior before trying to change it.
Sessions should connect to what you actually do, say, tolerate, choose, and practice outside therapy.
You do not need to become a polished version of yourself. You need a life that is more honest and sustainable.
