Liza White, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor, writer, and founder of Reboot Your Brain Counseling & Coaching. Licensed in Florida and Washington, she works with adolescents and adults, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, burnout, boundaries, relationships, and the patterns that keep people feeling stuck.
With experience in both education and mental health counseling, Liza brings psychological ideas into everyday language. Her writing and educational work centers on self-awareness, practical coping tools, and the space between understanding a pattern and doing something different.
She creates guided journals and reflection resources to give readers simple, approachable ways to organize their thoughts, notice themes, and move toward a more intentional life.
